How does the process start?
* Contact me via email or phone, (feel free to text). 
 
*Schedule a free 30-minute phone or in-person consultation to get to know one another.
 
 *After scheduling our first session, I will send you an email link to get your client portal set up, which allows you to access and sign all documentation.
 
*A credit card is required on file to reserve your first appointment. Be sure to fill out all paperwork at least 1 hr before your scheduled appointment time.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

 

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to ensure your safety and comfortability. I am taking precautions and following the safety protocol to ensure safety during COVID-19.

Do you take insurance? 
Healing Your Story, PLLC is a private pay practice. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit for potential reimbursement. (Please contact your insurance company for more information).
